Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an effective way to understand and manage a number of life's stressors. During an individual therapy session, you will have your therapist's full attention, which may help you feel more safe and secure. You will have the opportunity to deeply share the nature of your concerns and will benefit from an individualized treatment approach.
Individual therapy is available to help support you through a variety of challenges you may be facing. In addition to accomplishing your stated goals, benefits to participating in therapy include greater maturity as a person, better understanding of your life path and personal values, improved ability to relate to others, greater self-confidence, self-respect, and acceptance.
You and Dr. Perper will work together to:

the nature of your problem as it relates to problematic thoughts, behaviors, feelings, or attitudes

goals and a path of change for you, your family, and your relationships
